Workplace benefits insurance helps employers provide coverage for employees in a long-term capacity. This insurance is for eligible employees in a company, regardless of salary or position. Temporary, contract or freelance workers are not eligible for workplace benefits.

More comprehensive workplace insurance policies often add life insurance, long-term illness insurance and car insurance. These policies are not always a part of workplace benefits. If they aren’t, and you want the coverage, then you will have to contact an insurance agency.
